VKS 45 is a medium weight drifter rock drill. It is used for blasting operations in ore or coal mining, in stone mining and in road and railway construction works. The drifter is designed to work as part of a drilling setup including the drifter, a source of compressed air, an oiler, an operator panel and a carrier. The drifter can drill up to 10m long holes of up to Ø45 mm.
